Book in online by selecting the bike service package, the date for the service and details of your bike. We'll send you a reminder notification of your bike service booking prior to the day. Drop your bike in by 11 am on the morning of your service with our aim of having your bike ready to pick up by close of business on the same day.​ Our mechanic will provide updates via our messaging service to keep you informed.

The Topgear +PLUS Service is the service option to choose as an annual bike service for either your mountain bike or road bike. Select this service if you are regularly riding through muddy and wet conditions (where water or dirt can enter the bottom bracket or headset) or if your bike is used regularly on an indoor trainer.
