We are running a 6 weeks Pilates course that is tailored for the cyclist. Celine has been in the Fitness industry for over 25 years and teaching Pilates for more than 15 years. With her back ground in Elite sports such as Gymnastics, Cycling and Triathlon, she has a lot of experience to help you with improving your bike fitness.

The course will be run over 6 weeks starting on Monday the 12th of October. Starting at 6.30pm from our store in Bulleen. Each class is 45min long. Bring a mat [we will have a limited supply of extra Matts]and a waterbottle, we also have change rooms if your coming straight from work.

If you have brought a bike from us it is a free class, other wise it is a $10.00 charge.
